Welcome to Gracie Barra Ventura Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

I am very happy and sure that I am in a place that I always dreamt to be. California, with its climate and friendly residents have all the ingredients for a stress- free and healthy lifestyle and I believe that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu compliments this way of life.

When I decided to open my second school and choose a place to live, I knew it would be hard to find the right place for me. But hen a friend introduced me to Ventura, I found what I was looking for and could see my self, my school and my life here.

My goal is to meet people, make friends, build a family and also teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I want to share what I learned from my masters Ryan and Renzo Gracie. I learned so much from them that allows me to face life challenges. I am very grateful.

Jiu Jitsu has helped me to face life, and has taught that the best thing is to do good and to be rewarded with positive results in life. Without discipline, character and family we can not reach our goals.
